Traffic Exchanges - Not Recommended by Google
Mike Deeringer, from AdSense Publisher Support, has posted some thoughts on traffic exchange programs. He states that while they may help to advertise your site, they often get you invalid clicks. He also says that providing unique and relevant content is the best way to give readers a reason to visit your site.
